In the sequel to One Day on Mars, a CIA agent uncovers a high-level plot to overthrow America by forces that have gotten their hands on an advanced technology that allows them to transport themselves almost instantaneously across star systems, while forces of the U.S. Space Navy are sent to gain control of the technology and stop a plot to kill the president.
