We were going to describe this tear-off notepad of total nonsense, but we never got around to it. OK, we’ll try again to focus. This is a super-cool pad that sits on the desktop and sings
siren songs to people who might otherwise have uninteresting, boring, if potentially productive careers. It’s an activity book for grownups for all those who’d rather trade paperwork, grids,
and sales charts for doodle pages, mazes, and fill-in-the-blank questions. In an age when people over 40 are buying videogames specifically to exercise their brains and stave off senility,
one could make a case that a few minutes of pointless brainwork here and there throughout the day is reinvigorating and ultimately good for one’s employer! At least that’s what we’d say if we
got caught.
