The Princess Who Picked Her Nose is the first book in a series of manner books that inspires children to learn basic social graces. Princess Pearl and Prince Earl, the main characters in this series, were created to educate children on etiquette that is based on treating everyone with kindness and consideration. The Princess Who Picked Her Nose introduces the classic embroidered handkerchief to a generation of children uncertain about basic rules of etiquette and how to behave in certain situations. Throughout history, the handkerchief has protected noses, absorbed tears, and covered mouths. Quickly the handkerchief became very valuable and much more ornate. At that point, it also began to serve as a man's token of love for a woman, and vice versa. The Princess Who Picked Her Nose wants to serve as a token of love for all children to be educated on the importance of being well behaved.
