A Bridge to the Stars

Abandoned by his mother, Joel tries to maintain a positive outlook on life and provide emotional support to his distraught father, but the appearance of a lonely dog outside his window stirs up hidden feelings that he realizes will need to be addressed in order to move on with his life.
