Dead Line

Not long after receiving an explosive tip that the mayor's son, a longtime fugitive and career criminal, is a prime suspect in the unsolved theft of priceless treasures from the Gardner Museum, Boston reporter Jack Flynn discovers that the woman who had given him the tip has been murdered and that the crime is part of a vast conspiracy that has already cost the life of an innocent.
