Linguists engaged in creating the Electronic Text Corpus of Sumerian Literature and younger ones who have been attracted to it present studies drawing mostly from that database, which is freely
available online. They begin by looking at the role of corps linguistics in the study of Sumerian and the role within that of the Text Corpus itself. Then they focus on a number of specific
topics, among them the meaning and function of multi-word-verb combinations with and without ak (to do), gendered literacy and numeracy, and Sumerian proverb collections. No index is provided.
