HACIA NIVELES AVANZADOS is ideal for a comprehensive composition or conversation/composition course. National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) standards are actively
integrated in this program; each chapter is based on one of the standards as well as a mode of writing. Students are guided through the writing process beginning with a conversation on the
theme, continuing with a substantial reading, and then passing through the various drafts required to work through the writing process. In addition to extensive writing lessons, students are
