瓦爾特．莫爾斯（Walter Moers）
Walter Moers 為德國著名的連環畫畫家和電影劇本作家。1988年出版故事書【藍熊船長海外奇談】，1999年出版了此部長篇小說，從此藍熊形象，在歐美轟動一時。2001年又出版了【來自矮人國的小兄妹】。
