The Miracle of Sandy Duck

When Wayne Maxwell was growing up in Tulsa, Oklahoma he had a remarkable pet duck named Sandy--this is the true story of their adventures. Wayne met Sandy at the fair, while Sandy was still in an egg. His leg was damaged getting out of the egg, so he waddled with a limp. Much to Wayne's surprise, Sandy eventually lays an egg and Wayne realizes his boy duck is really a girl! Readers may be surprised that ducks are as intelligent as Sandy proved to be.
