When garden soil is stolen from the private garden, Miss Angela Chesney is quick to blame the boys from the rundown part of town, but her sister Olivia isn't so sure why these boys would want to do such a thing and becomes even more curious as to why the boys have never been welcomed in their special garden in the past.
