This volume is a revised edition of Quenk's 1993 Beside Ourselves (also by Davies-Black). Quenk, a psychologist, employs Jungian theory and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality inventory
to discuss behaviors under stress for different personality types. Following a description of Jungian typology and the effects and dynamics of hidden personality, the behavior during
interactions with others of the 16 personality types are described (the types are defined in an appendix). The text is designed for trainers and others who employ the Meyers-Briggs test.
