Four Corners

Narrated from the perspective of ten-year-old Rainey Dougherty, tells the story of the summer of 1953 when mother was sent to the sanatorium and Aunt Merle, along with her children Joan and Wayne, came to the Dougherty's Upstate New York home to help father care for his five children.
