Mimmo Jodice: Sao Paulo

São Paulo is the third largest urban area in the world (after Mexico City and Tokyo)-a huge expanse of urban matter that only a photographer of the stature of Mimmo Jodice can fully capture. It is an effervescent city in a constant process of change and adaptation to meet the needs of its inhabitants.Jodice interprets São Paulo with his lens and renders it in all its complexity, and with all its contradictions: from modernist skyscrapers that redesigned the profile of the city's planned central zones to the favelas, where four million people live.
