Innovation Training

Innovation consultants Hattori and Wycoff present a framework and tools for workshops in this workbook/CD-ROM package designed to aid in the development of training programs for enhancing the innovation competency of individuals, teams, and groups in organizations. Several pre-designed training sessions are presented that incorporate tools into workshops of various lengths. These are designed so that they can be mixed and matched to fit a target audience. There are also activities handouts, PowerPoint presentations, and other elements provided for workshops that readers design themselves. All of these tools are included on the CD-ROM.
