and crew, length of run, choreographer, song titles, and authors of the score when available. The screen versions follow, listing alternative titles, date, studio, screenwriter, cast, director,
and producer. Commentary is given on what changes occurred between the formats, the strengths and weakness of each, the success of the transition, and how the production was received. Hischak
