Living under the guardianship of evil Basil Tramplebone, orphan Measle Stubbs finds life to be difficult and depressing, but when Basil puts a spell on Measle that causes him to be one inch all and trapped inside a train set with Basil� other victims, Measle decides to take a stand and, after setting things right, becomes a respected hero to all his new friends.
