Luke Connors is an average, bullied kid. Overnight, he makes a life changing decision and begins to fight crime under the alias of "The Shadow Knight". Luke's life gets even more crazy when a
duo gifts him with fire powers. He dons the name Pyro. The duo introduce Luke to a mastermind plot by millionaire Lucius Wolfe for world domination (why is it always world domination?) Can
Luke, or should I say, Pyro, succeed?

Foreword by two awesome teachers, Mr. Stan krause and miss shannon bozarth
For the last two years we have had the honor of reading the inspiring writings of up and coming author Justin Sau. His vast vocabulary brings settings and characters to life. With a strong
focus and great stamina Justin is able to formulate complex plots and deeper themes. We hope you enjoy his storytelling as much as we do.
“Okay!” he said. “How about we trash talk, one thing I can still beat you at.”
“Sure,” I shrugged.
“You know what’s the difference between you and that woman over there?” He asked. I shook my head.
“She has a brain!” He said triumphantly. Meh, it’s not that good. I thought to myself.
“You know what the difference is with you and that guy?” I retorted, taking a page from Knifemaster’s book.
“What?”
“He actually has a life,” I finished. Knifemaster was about to say something but I lit my hand alight and sent two fireballs into Knifemaster’s face followed by gasps of astonishment from the
crowd.
“Burn,” I remarked, a satisfied smile spreading across my face. “And I was just warming up. With more of those burns, I’ll probably be in the hall of flame. Hey, I’m on fire!” A lot of sniggers
at the puns. I stood up on a tree stump, addressing the whole crowd.
