結核病防治工作手冊[兩本一套/第三版]

　　依據結核病之特性，我們必須運用「及早發現病患」、「落實個案管理」及「消除傳染來源」等三大策略，來有效防堵結核菌之傳播。本手冊屬行政指導性質，採原則性方式進行撰述，期能充分提供縣市在推行防治工作之空間與彈性。防疫人員可以此為綱，並本諸「以個案為中心」之初衷，酌依個案之實際狀況，提供個人化之適當防疫作為，透過學習及經驗累積，發展因地制宜之防治模式，期盼工作同仁可藉由提供結核病患者/接觸者/潛伏結核感染者，得到最妥善之照護與管理過程，獲得最大之成就，激發起對結核病防治工作之使命與認同，共同為2035消除結核之目標努力。

　　Uptake of real-time active TB surveillance, ensuring case-based management, and removal of infectious sources, are three main strategies to curtail the transmission of tuberculosis. This document is intended to provide guidance for Taiwan TB workers in public health sector to reach the goal of ending tuberculosis epidemic by 2035. This highly depends on the engagement of all TB workers and partners in supporting the care for active TB/ contact/ LTBI. Especially, patient-centered care approach and adequate control measures in a more local context and continual activity evaluation are the principle rationale of TB prevention and control.
