故宮博物院位於台北市的外雙溪，是全台灣最大的博物館，也是全世界最大的中華藝術品集散地。館內珍藏了六十多萬件從新石器時代至今的各類文物，包含了繪畫、書法、銅器、玉器等。最著名的文物有翠玉白菜、肉形石、毛公鼎等。

Jamie: Look at that piece! It is so much like the braised pork chunk that we had for lunch!

Frank: You are right. We call the pork ‘Tungpo Meat’. It is the Meat-shaped Stone from the Qing Dynasty.

Jamie: It is just amazing. I wonder how the craftsman can make it so lifelike.

Frank: It is made from jasper. The craftsman made use of this naturally occurring stone and turn the layers and impurities into this masterpiece. He carved it precisely and stained the skin,
and it became the way it is now. You can see the layers of skin, fat, and lean meat.
這是由帶狀紅褐色碧玉做成的。工藝師利用這個自然形成的石頭，把它的分層跟雜質變成了這個傑作。他精確地雕刻並染色之後，就變成了它現在的樣子。你可以看到皮、肥肉、還有瘦肉的層次。
