Jing-Heng S. Ma

　　Jing-Heng S. Ma is the Mayling Soong Professor of Chinese Studies Emerita at Wellesley College. She was a member of the faculty from 1988-2007. Prior to this , she taught at the University of Michigan from 1963-83 and Williams College from 1984-87. She received her B.A. from Taiwan Normal University , and an M.A. in Applied Linguistics and a Ph.D. in Chinese Linguistics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor .
